What it means to have a trust based environment in your team, department or company?
I believe that it simply means that people will feel secure, empowered and of course trusted. Through these powerful feelings, your organization can start enabling the high performance that many strive for.
I would also dare to say that this kind of environment is totally connected to a higher retention rate and employee happiness.
